Do you travel regularly throughout the Liberec Region? A subscription allows you to pay for your annual pass in installments. Instead of a large one-time payment, you pay a separate amount each month.

How it works

You commit to purchasing 12 consecutive monthly Síťovka passes. In return, you’ll receive a discounted price compared to regular coupons.

Important:

  • The passes must be used consecutively without interruption
  • You can start at any time during the year
  • Each coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of activation

Where to Purchase a Subscription

In person: At select Opuscard service locations

Online: In the IDOL e-shop (coming soon)

You can then purchase monthly coupons in the Idolka app, at service locations, or in the e-shop.

What Happens If You Stop Payments

If you do not purchase another coupon on time, you will lose your Subscriber status for 12 months. This means you will not be able to take advantage of the discounted price for an entire year.

Exception: We will assess objective reasons (system outage, serious health issues) on a case-by-case basis.

How to get your Subscriber profile back faster

Instead of waiting 12 months, purchase two consecutive 90-day IDOL Network passes at full price. After using them, you can sign a new Subscriber contract.

You automatically continue after one year

Once you’ve used all 12 monthly coupons, you don’t need to sign a new contract. Your Subscriber profile remains active as long as you purchase additional coupons on time.

Changes During the Commitment Period

Some changes occur automatically:

Age: Turning 18? The price will change from the child rate to the full price. You committed to 12 coupons, not a specific price.

Education: Are you graduating? You’ll lose your eligibility for the student discount. The price will be adjusted to the full rate.

Price Adjustment: Will IDOL’s official price list change? The Subscriber’s price will be adjusted according to the new price list.

Minor Passengers

If you are under 18 years of age, your legal guardian must sign the contract on your behalf.
