Fares for Children Ages 6–18

Children aged 6 to 18 (until the day before their 18th birthday) are entitled to a discounted fare of 50% of the full fare —regardless of the purpose of the trip.

How do children prove their age during a ticket inspection?

Children under 15
No identification is required at check-in.

Children aged 15–18
When purchasing a single-ride ticket, they must prove their age with one of the following documents (the document does not need to be valid for this category):

  • ID card
  • Passport
  • Student ID
  • ISIC card

IDOL season pass holders
If a child has a valid IDOL pass, it is automatically accepted as proof of age at check-in. This applies only to IDOL routes. However, it is advisable to carry the document with you in case of an inspection.

What if a child turns 18 while the pass is still valid?

If a child turns 18 while the pass is valid and continues their studies, they must:

  1. Obtain a student ID card or ISIC
  2. Purchase a new pass using their student profile
