ČSOB Notice Regarding Card Payments to Transportation Providers

In recent weeks, due to a service outage at our provider, card payments for public transportation fares were not being processed. The provider has corrected the error, and we are currently processing retroactive billing for completed fare transactions, which may be combined into a single payment covering multiple trips. The amount charged may therefore consist of several tickets that the provider’s system combined into a single transaction for the credit card used to pay the fare.
