When Technology Goes on Strike.

Passengers must always receive a ticket upon boarding. If there is a system malfunction, the driver may not accept payment from you without issuing a ticket.

In such a situation, our top priority is always to ensure you reach your destination safely. If a ticket cannot be issued due to a problem on the carrier’s part, we will gladly transport you free of charge until the ticketing system is able to issue a ticket.

• Please note that if the error is on the passenger’s part—for example, when making a cashless payment from an account with insufficient funds—this does not qualify for free transportation.
• On Liberec public transit, tickets are typically sold at self-service terminals inside the vehicle. If these terminals are not working, passengers can purchase a single-ride ticket from the driver.

After purchasing a ticket, please check it immediately—if there is a problem, address it right away with the staff.
