We're celebrating 15 years! IDOL's territorial scope in the beginning and today.

The Liberec Region’s integrated public transit system, IDOL, began full-scale operations on July 1, 2009. It covered the Liberec Region and allowed passengers to use train, bus, and tram services with a single ticket. In the following years, IDOL underwent minor adjustments both in terms of its coverage area and the options for using transport connections (on October 1, 2017, ČD express trains were incorporated into IDOL). IDOL underwent major changes between 2021 and 2024, when its coverage was further expanded beyond the Liberec Region, it launched its own mobile app, and changes were also made to the ticketing process.
