Don’t forget! Board the vehicle only with a valid ticket—that is, once the countdown has started. Only then can you validate your ticket. Plus, you don’t have to worry about running out of time—say, a minute or two—before the vehicle arrives. The ticket’s validity period includes time for transfers and walking between stops, and is generally significantly longer than the actual travel time of the route.
