2025 Evaluation.
The Liberec Region has published the results of its regular monitoring of the quality of regional public transit for the past year. The data confirm a continuing downward trend in non-compliance with established standards.
The organization KORID LK is responsible for monitoring technical and quality parameters on behalf of the region. Inspections are conducted in several ways:
- Direct inspections of vehicles conducted by inspectors (technical condition, cleanliness, passenger handling).
- Analysis of data from the IDOL Central Dispatch Center.
- The mystery shopping method for an objective assessment of services from the passenger’s perspective.
The goal of these systematic inspections is to ensure that contracted carriers maintain the specified level of service for which the region pays.
