The Liberec Region is collaborating with the Ministry of Transportation on the preparation of a public procurement project called Mini DEAL

The contract, titled Mini DEAL, includes a tender for the R14A (Pardubice–Liberec), R14B (Liberec–Ústí nad Labem), and R21 (Prague–Tanvald) express train routes, R22 (Kolín – Nový Bor, or Rumburk), and R24 (Prague – Mladá Boleslav – Rumburk), which is scheduled to replace the L4 line starting in December 2031.
