We’re thrilled: Now that the renovation of the U Jezu waterfront is complete, you can reach us without any restrictions, and is just as convenient as ever!
Our Customer Center is now accessible from all major directions:
- From the Liberec Region parking garage
- From the train and bus stations
- Via the cultural center
- From anywhere along the riverfront
You can finally reach us just as easily and quickly as you could before construction began.
Come by to get your Opuscard, find out about the IDOL fare plan, or just ask for advice.

TIP: Don’t forget that during regular business hours, you can also visit our branch located in the Liberec City Hall Administrative Building – URAN (right inside the bus station) to take care of your business.
