Important Information for Visitors to the Opuscard Customer Service Center!
Due to construction on the riverfront and redevelopment of the area surrounding the LK buildings, access to our branch is temporarily restricted.
This is due to the temporary closure of the main entrance at the front of the building.
Starting Monday, June 30, 2025, you will need to walk between Building “D” of the Regional Office (the former COVID-19 vaccination center) and the European House, and enter the Customer Center through the temporary entrance at the European House from that side.
You will not need to go around the building to the other side (the front)—you will enter from the rear.
Please follow the current signage, which is visible from the LK Parking Garage.
Hours of operation remain unchanged.
Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Tue 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wed 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thu 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Fri 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
