What is a sub-account?

The main purpose of a sub-account is to allow minors who are not yet able to do so on their own to purchase IDOL tickets. And if you want to keep everything under control and pay for your loved ones’ fares, set up sub-accounts for them.

How do I order a card for children under 15 through the e-shop? If you want to order an Opuscard+ for your child, you must first create your own account in the e-shop.

Then, create a sub-account for your child and request a card for that account.

How do I create a sub-account? In your standard e-shop account, click the “Sub-account” button. Next, fill out the form with the user information for the sub-account, in this case your child. To add another sub-account, you must start the process from the beginning; simply reusing the previous information is not sufficient (a common mistake when setting up a sub-account).

• Select the sub-account for which you want to order Opuscard+
• Check the details: first name, last name, and date of birth
• Upload a photo of your child
• Select a delivery method
• Submit the request, which you will then pay for online using your credit card
• and all that’s left to do is wait for the pickup notification, which will be sent via email and text message
