Starting Monday, September 2, you can present electronic documents at select service locations!

To start with, this option will be available at service centers that issue Opuscard Express cards while customers wait. Verification will take place by scanning a QR code from the eDoklad app. The service representative’s device will then display the citizen’s first name, last name, date of birth, title, and photo.
The legal requirement to allow identity verification via the eDoklady app will take effect on January 1, 2025.
This is currently a pilot program, which will be implemented at the following service centers starting September 2, 2024:
