Special Fare Change in the Liberec Zone

Effective February 1, 2024, the prices of single-zone 366-day discounted passes will change in accordance with a regulation issued by the Statutory City of Liberec.

New prices for the following passes in Liberec:

• 366-day discounted student pass 990 CZK
• 366-day discounted pass for seniors 65+ 990 CZK
• 366-day Jánský Medal holder 990 CZK

For discounted 366-day passes, the price is now the same as for children, disability pensioners, and other special offers for the Liberec zone. Prices for other passes remain unchanged!

Coupons at the new prices may not be sold until February 1, 2024!

As part of this exceptional change, passengers may file a claim for the above-mentioned time-based passes purchased between January 1, 2024, and January 31, 2024, under special conditions in accordance with Article 16.13 of the SPP IDOL Terms and Conditions.

Procedure for filing a coupon claim:

• Claims are processed exclusively by the IDOL/Opuscard Customer Service Center at the European House and the Frýdlantská Contact Point in Liberec, or online by sending a request to info@korid.cz.
• Claimed coupons will be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis
  in cash from the date of the visit or to a bank account from the date the request is sent via email.
• The passenger will then purchase a new ticket at the reduced price.
• It is not necessary (in this case) to provide a reason for the coupon’s cancellation.
• No handling fee will be charged.

Claims can be filed starting February 1, 2024, when the revised price list takes effect and new coupons become available for purchase.

These complaint terms do not apply to coupons purchased before the specified period, nor to coupons with different zone coverage, validity periods, or fare categories!
