Press Conference on Changes to the 2024/2025 Schedules

At the beginning of this press conference, IDOL recognized employees of transportation companies.
The employees of the transit companies were thanked for their dedication to serving passengers.
In this year’s poll for the best male and female drivers, conductors, and transit employees—who actively contribute to ensuring operations and have a significant impact on the quality of public transit services, a poll that has been held since 2007—the following employees were selected:
• ARRIVA Trains: Ms. Kateřina Dvořáková, customer service representative;
• České dráhy: Ms. Hana Štylerová, train conductor;
• Die Länderbahn CZ: Ms. Radka Šulcová, conductor;
• BusLine: Mr. Aleš Novotný, driver;
• ČSAD Liberec: Mr. Martin Pilný, driver;
• Public Transportation Authority of Liberec and Jablonec nad Nisou: Ms. Renata Fulínová, dispatcher;
• ČSAD Slaný: Mr. Jiří Oberdörfer, head of bus transportation, Jablonec nad Nisou branch.
The main topic of this press conference was
the December changes to the schedules. What will this year’s schedule changes mean for passengers in the Liberec Region?- This year is unique because the main change is spread out over two dates.
- In addition to the standard nationwide implementation date of Sunday, December 15, the schedules for a significant portion of the routes will change as early as December 1, 2024.
