Not sure how to prove your eligibility for a discount or reduced fare under the IDOL program?

Children aged 15–18 and people over 65 can prove their eligibility for a discount using:
A valid personal ID with a Passenger Profile (“child,” “person 65+,” “person 70+”) with a valid time-based pass (7, 30, 90, or 366 days) assigned to it. This new feature, effective December 2024, simplifies the check-in process when boarding a bus or undergoing a ticket inspection on a train. Children under 18 or seniors over 65 can hold a pass solely based on verification in the IDOL system and therefore no longer need to present additional documentation during their journey. However, this option applies only to IDOL routes and does not apply to students aged 18–26 (who must continue to prove their eligibility with a valid ISIC or student ID).

Children aged 15–18 may also use:
An ID card, passport, or ISIC card.

People aged 65 and older may also provide proof of eligibility using:
An ID card, passport, or other officially issued document with a photo and date of birth.

Valid only for IDOL routes!
