Important Notice for IDOL/Opuscard Customer Service Center Customers

We would like to inform you that, due to the completion of paving work at the main entrance to the European House in Liberec (where our IDOL/Opuscard Customer Service Center is also located), this main entrance to the European House will be temporarily closed.
The closure will be in effect from Friday, October 24, through Tuesday, October 28—during this time, you will need to walk between Wing “D” of the Regional Office (the former COVID-19 vaccination center) and the European House. From this side, you will enter the IDOL/Opuscard Customer Service Center through an alternate entrance.
Hours of operation during this period:
- Friday, October 24: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday: closed
- Sunday: closed
- Monday, October 27: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 28: national holiday, closed
Please follow the current signage, which is visible from the LK Parking Garage.
Main entrance opens: Wednesday, October 29
