How the fare system works in the Tri-State Area.

IDOL-fare routes also extend into Germany and Poland. Check-in procedures on international regional routes vary and are not always consistent. Here are a few tips to help you navigate the process:

• Trains on Line 089 from Liberec to Zittau and Varnsdorf.

For trip combinations limited to areas outside the Liberec Region, the same restrictions apply as for trips within another region.

You cannot purchase an IDOL Bogatynia–Zitau ticket, but a valid ticket that crosses the border of the Liberec Region is accepted. For example, with a Síťovka pass or a Liberec–Bogatynia route ticket, you can transfer in Zitau from train L7 or RE2 and continue to Bogatynia by bus 692.

For trips between Poland and Germany, within Poland, or between Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic, non-integrated route fares in EUR or PLN can be purchased on board.

• EURO-NISA-Tickets are also sold and accepted on routes 691 and 692.
• Bus routes 645 and 669 are direct connections from Liberec to Bogatynia and Zhořelec. Only the IDOL fare applies on these routes, and tickets are sold only for trips within the Czech Republic or between the Czech Republic and Poland. The EURO-NISA-Ticket is also valid on these routes.
  Trains on Line 036 Liberec – Harrachov – Szklarska Poręba

• On L1 line trains, only the EURO-NISA-Ticket or the Czech Railways’ special small-border-traffic fare can currently be used for travel to Poland.
