Customer Service Center – How to Get Here Starting February 6

From February 6, 2025, to March 6, 2025, the contractor working on the embankment will be dismantling the main entrance to the regional office building. For this reason, and in accordance with occupational safety and health regulations, the passageway around the regional office building will be closed.
The operating hours of the IDOL/Opuscard Customer Service Center remain unchanged, and access is still via the main entrance of the European House.
You can reach the main entrance to the Customer Service Center from the LK parking garage, located between Building “D” of the Regional Office (the former COVID-19 vaccination center) and the European House.
