Creating a Subaccount for a Person Aged 15 or Older

How do I set up an account for a teenager over 15 years old?

Just as with children under 15, you need to create a sub-account, which allows you to purchase IDOL tickets for minors or manage subscriptions for other family members. In your standard e-shop account, use the “sub-account” button for this option, and then fill in the details for the sub-account user.

To add another sub-account, you must start the process from the beginning; simply overwriting the previous information is not sufficient. In addition, minors aged 15 and older can manage their own e-shop account—including purchasing tickets (by credit card or at a branch)—if the account administrator makes that sub-account independent.
