• If a driver asks you to comply with the terms of service (e.g., regarding food, safety, or boarding), they are doing so as part of their duties and in accordance with the regulations they must follow, which are in line with the transportation rules.

Respect works both ways.

• For example, in IDOL vehicles, there are no reserved seats near the front doors, but passengers should keep in mind that, especially in this area, it’s best to avoid behavior that might distract the driver.
