How will this year’s schedule changes affect passengers in the Benecko area?
Route 948 Jilemnice – Benecko – Jilemnice
A circular route via Dolní Štěpanice, Štěpanická Lhota, Benecko, Mrklov, and back to Dolní Štěpanice and Jilemnice. Selected trips on this line will transport bicycles from May 24 to September 28, 2025.
Both the IDOL and IREDO fare systems are valid on this route.
- Five trips on weekdays, together with Line 949, provide service between Jilemnice and Benecko approximately every hour
- At the Jilemnice, Hrabačov, křiž. stop, the line connects to transfers both to Vrchlabí and back
Route 949 Jilemnice – Benecko – Vrchlabí
Both the IDOL and IREDO fare systems apply on this route
- On weekdays, the service provides 7 pairs of direct connections between Benecko and Vrchlabí
- Direct service between Benecko and Vrchlabí is also available on weekends
- Additional options for connecting to Vrchlabí are available with a transfer at the Jilemnice, Hrabačov, křiž. stop
- In Vrchlabí, this line connects with some services heading toward Špindlerův Mlýn, Trutnov, and Prague
- Selected services stop at the Benecko and Mrklov stops.
Together with Line 948, it provides service between Benecko and Jilemnice at approximately one-hour intervals during peak hours on weekdays.
This line will also transport bicycles during the summer season from May 24 to September 28, 2025.
