• through the Idolka app
• at any of our Opuscard contact points
  

If you register on our online store, you’ll have access to all the important details:

• your coupon’s validity
• the validity of your ID
• the validity of your fare category (e.g., changes such as switching from the “Child 6–18” category to the “Student – 26” category).

In addition, you can set up notifications in the e-shop to alert you when your validity period is about to expire—anytime from 1 to 180 days in advance!
