An assessment of public transportation standards in the Liberec Region shows an improvement in the quality of scheduled bus service.

The Public Transportation Coordinator (KORID LK), which, among other activities, oversees compliance with technical and quality standards for public transportation, has recorded a decrease in non-compliance of up to half in regional scheduled service. Inspections are conducted by inspectors on board vehicles, using data from the IDOL Central Dispatch Center, and through “mystery shopping.”
