Always at the signal

In the Liberec Region, the requirement to signal your exit by ringing the bell has been in place for several years and is part of IDOL’s Contractual Conditions of Carriage. Passengers in the Ústí nad Labem Region and on the public transit system in Jablonec nad Nisou have been familiar with this requirement for even longer.
Starting Saturday, June 29, this requirement will be implemented on all bus and trolleybus routes operated by the Prague Integrated Transport (PID). This therefore also applies to our joint IDOL/PID interregional routes, namely 345, 400, 410, 427, 697, 700, 717, 720, 721, 722, and 730.
Please remember that when traveling to the Central Bohemian Region and Prague, you must now signal the driver by pressing the driver call button when exiting.
You no longer need to wave when boarding at the stop, but you must stand in a visible spot.
