Acceptance of DÚK tickets on IDOL routes.

Reminder:

The option to travel using DÚK tickets on designated sections of the IDOL lines has now become widely available to passengers in the Českokamenice and Šenov areas.

However, it is important to note certain rules that must be followed for technical reasons:

• The validity principle is the same for DÚK and IDOL, i.e., from zone to zone. Stops are assigned to the same zones in both DÚK and IDOL. The exception is the DÚK zone Kamenický Šenov, which includes the IDOL zones Kamenický Šenov and Prysk.
• Both IDOL paper tickets and DÚK paper tickets are transferable, and their acceptance is based on this principle.
• Passengers board an IDOL route with a valid DÚK ticket, which can be either a paper ticket or a ticket in the DÚKapka mobile app.
• The driver visually checks their validity; no validation takes place at the fare collection device. DÚK chip cards are not accepted on IDOL routes!
• DÚK tickets are not sold on IDOL vehicles.
