December 7, 2024: Christmas Mulled Wine at Výtopna Kořenov
On Saturday, December 7, you can look forward to Christmas mulled wine. Amid the railway cars at the Kořenov Locomotive Depot, you’ll experience a unique Christmas atmosphere with a live band, plenty of refreshments, and, of course, St. Nicholas accompanied by a devil and an angel.

December 7, 2024 Angelic Ride and Celebration of the 125th Anniversary of the Martinice in the Krkonoše Mountains–Rokytnice nad Jizerou Local Line
The Martinice v Krkonoších Railway History Society invites you on December 7, 2024, to the Angelic Steam Rides on the Martinice–Rokytnice local railway. Two rides have been prepared for you, accompanied by St. Nicholas’s angelic and devilish entourage and a band. The Advent trains will be pulled by locomotive 423.094, nicknamed “Velký Bejček.”
Those interested will also be able to travel on Friday, December 6, 2024, from Turnov, where the steam train will arrive in Martinice. Timetables will be published on the association’s website at www.nadrazimartinice.cz.
December 8, 2024, Česká Lípa. Celebrate St. Nicholas Day with your children on the rails!
On the second Sunday of Advent, steam and historic diesel train rides featuring St. Nicholas and his entourage will be available in the Česká Lípa region.
On Sunday, December 8, you can ride a steam train pulled by the “Pětasedmá” (475.111) locomotive from Česká Lípa to Doks, Horní Police, Mimoň, Nový Bor, and back to Doks. On this weekend day, there will also be rides on the historic Hurvínek motor car (M 131.1130) along the Česká Lípa triangle route. Both nostalgic trains are scheduled to depart together from Česká Lípa at 8:50 a.m. and 12:50 p.m.
