A New Carrier and New Routes to the Krkonoše Mountains

Bus Transportation - Michal Pelc is a bus operator that also runs routes between Prague and the Krkonoše Mountains, passing through the Liberec Region. Based on a cooperation agreement between the commercial carrier and the Liberec Region’s transportation coordinator, three routes within the IDOL service area are included in the Liberec integrated fare system.

Although these routes are not commissioned by the Liberec Region, their operation was consulted with the carrier and allows passengers to expand their travel options on selected connections and route segments with the option to use IDOL tickets.
Beyond the scope of the IDOL fare, fares are set by the carrier according to a per-kilometer rate schedule (with the option to reserve a seat). This applies, for example, to trips to or from Prague, Špindlerův Mlýn, or when tickets are sold only within the Hradec Králové Region (IDOL follows the rule of recognizing valid tickets here, but sales are limited to inter-regional travel).
The fleet of vehicles operated by Michal Pelc offers a comfortable travel experience, including high-capacity buses. The vehicles are designed for long-distance travel and are therefore not suitable for passengers with mobility impairments.
