How to use public transportation?
Turnov is a junction of railway lines 030, 041, and 070, making it easily accessible by train from all major directions, including Liberec, Hradec Králové, Jičín, Mladá Boleslav, and Prague. Trains are integrated into the IDOL service area.
It is also a destination for regional IDOL bus lines, and convenient connections from Prague are provided by interregional lines, on which you can use IDOL tickets in part or a combination of IDOL and PID fares (see options below).
The museum is located approximately 2 km from the train station and the rail terminal, but you can get closer by public transit or regional buses to the Havlíčkovo náměstí stop. If you have a valid IDOL electronic ticket (on an Opuscard or Idolka) that includes the Turnov zone or a EURO-NISA-Ticket+, you can use public transportation within the city at no additional fare.
The discount applies based on the number of passengers listed on the ticket and the current validity of the ENT+ ticket.
