Mumlavský Waterfall and Rokytnice nad Jizerou

Transportation to Harrachov
- Take the L1 line from Liberec to Harrachov to Szklarska Poręba Górna, which departs from the Liberec train station toward Tanvald and Harrachov.
- From the Harrachov train station , you can reach Mumlavský Waterfall by taking bus line 943 (Harrachov, train station – Harrachov, FIT-FUN Hotel), which connects with every train.
- If you get off at the “Harrachov, Bus Station” stop, the waterfall will be just a short walk away.
TIP (weather permitting): Continue on to Rokytnice nad Jizerou
- You can continue along the yellow hiking trail to Rokytnice nad Jizerou.
- If you’re bringing cross-country skis, you can extend your trip along one of the many groomed cross-country trails.
- There are plenty of them in the area around Harrachov and Rokytnice nad Jizerou.
- In Rokytnice nad Jizerou, you should definitely visit the Medvěd, Liška, Ovce, and Horník lookout points at the top of Stráž, which offer a magnificent view of the valley.
- From the town center, you can reach them by following the yellow and red hiking trail for about 2 km.
Return:
- To return, you can take bus line 900 (Rokytnice nad Jizerou – Jablonec nad Nisou – Prague), which will take you to Jablonec nad Nisou.
- For your trip, you can also use the weekend bus line 700 (Harrachov–Tanvald–Železný Brod–Turnov–Prague)
