Rokytnice nad Jizerou: Views from the Town Hall Tower
A historic landmark with a view of the Krkonoše Mountains
The town hall, built in 1903, is the dominant feature of Rokytnice’s town square. The building combines elements of the Alpine Renaissance with the emerging Art Nouveau style. Exactly 115 years after its opening, the attic and tower were opened to the public. Today, you can climb 88 steps to the observation balcony at a height of 37 meters and enjoy a unique view of the mountain ridges.
