Gradual Modernization
The fleet on the U11 line between Česká Lípa and Postoloprty is undergoing a gradual modernization.
Since last fall, four Stadler RS1 motor cars—which we already know from the routes around Liberec under the name RegioSpider—have been operating on the line. These nearly new cars now offer passengers a more comfortable and user-friendly environment. Further modernization is planned for the future. Trains on the U11 line will thus be equipped with air conditioning, electrical outlets, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Passengers will certainly appreciate the audiovisual information system and the newly upholstered seats as well.
The number of RegioSpider trains on the U11 line will gradually increase, and eventually they are expected to replace the existing Regionov trains.
