How to Buy a Ticket on Idolka

4 steps and you’ll have a ticket on your phone:

1. Download the app —free for Android or iOS
2. Log in or sign up – log in to your profile or create a new one
3. Select a ticket —single-ride, Time Pass, or Network Pass
4. Pay with a card or another payment method of your choice – save it for future purchases
   (credit card, GPay, Apple Pay, cryptocurrency)
5. Activate before boarding – click “Activate” 1 minute before departure

Done. Your ticket is valid, and you can board.

Tip: Buy tickets in advance and keep them on hand. Then just click “Activate” and you’re ready to go.

How ticket activation works

Important: Your ticket is not valid without activation!

You have two options:

Activate immediately upon purchase

• In the order summary , select “Activate Now”
• After payment, a 60-second countdown begins, and then you can board
• The ticket is active

Activate later (when you need it)

• When purchasing, select “Activate Later Manually”
• The ticket will be saved in the Tickets tab
• Before boarding, activate it by clicking the “Activate” button
• You can choose to activate it immediately or schedule it for a specific time

You’ll need an internet connection —Wi-Fi or mobile data—to activate the ticket.
